ACS have provided an excellent cleaning service to our premises. The team are very well managed and co-ordinated by a brilliant Operations Manager who directs a team of very capable cleaners to effectively clean the whole site. The team respond quickly with any additional ad hoc requests, completing the work to the standard we set and within a good timeframe.
The ACS team make the premises look and feel as clean as it can, a professional service is provided and it is one we are very satisfied with.

ACS have been delivering a stellar service for us for 20 years now with 25+ staff on site daily and seasonal surges to 30+ staff. They deliver everything from external industrial cleans, high level works, kitchen deep cleans, to daily cleaning of large offices and accommodation units as well as commercial laundry operations. A key deliverable that ACS have always achieved for us is their ability to react quickly to short notice requirements – they have never let me down.
Aubrey Allen have now been using ACS for approximately ten years. During that time they have provided us with an extremely reliable service, have always been on time, and have never let us down.
They have adapted to our change in shift patterns over the years to ensure they meet the needs of the business. Whenever extra cleaning sessions have been required, eg during Bank Holiday periods, they have always ensured the service has been delivered.
Being in the food industry demands extremely high standards of hygiene at all times – ACS have always delivered exactly that. Our type of business requires a daily two stage chemical clean (degreaser & sanitiser) of all the production areas and manufacturing equipment. ACS have consistently achieved the required high standards of hygiene that is necessary in our line of business.
Whenever we have food safety audits carried out by bodies such as Sai Global, NSF & the FSA we never have any issues with regards to hygiene standards, more often than not we are complimented by many of the inspectors that attend our site.
Having worked in the industry for nearly fifty years, and based on the level of service that has been provided to Aubrey Allen over the last ten years, I am more than happy to recommend ACS.
