At ACS, we recognise the need to attract and retain quality staff:

• we use Atlas, our online employee management system to request holiday, access training and track absences
• we use EziTracker, our time and attendance system which provides accurate pay, mobile app and attendance alerts

We've invested in an industry leading training tool to ensure that all our employees are competent, safe and engaged.

The UhUb ACS training tool is available as a smartphone app or via a website. Staff receive training specific to their site and needs, they receive certificates and rewards, and UhUb also provide an element of competition between employees through training league tables. There is a unique City & Guilds accredited Supervisor training course too. We can add site specific training, such as site induction and safety videos tailored to each client’s needs.
