Quality Control

At ACS we've held ISO 9001 Quality Management accreditation since May 2005. This accreditation underpins our commitment to meeting the standards of service provided for by the contract and working hours.

Our aim is to meet our clients’ needs in the most reliable, friendly, safe and efficient way possible: our prime commitment is to provide the service our clients expect, when they expect it.

Part of the supervision of the contract includes quality monitoring, the results of which are shared with our clients. All procedures comply with recognised good and safe cleaning practice. We operate a simple but visible Quality Monitoring System using a tablet or smartphone based auditing tool, where monthly audit results are coded as follows:

• green: good, cleaned to specification
• amber: minor detail (to be noted)
• red: unsatisfactory, not cleaned to specification (details to be noted)

This simple but effective system provides a clearly visible reporting trail, showing trends by area and overall. In our experience this system helps to improve standards and to avoid the repetition of any failures.
